30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
How to Return
To start a return, contact us through our contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, washed, or are missing original packaging cannot be returned. Sale items are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
